Yes, I have studied the Native American Medicine Wheel. And then there's the Celts and the Druids, etc. etc. They do all seem to work seamlessly. For some reason, Ayurveda hit home with me and I love to blab about it! XOXO
I’m so GLAD, because while I didn’t “land” on Ayurveda, I did spend some time exploring it, and I like it, too. I’m kind of everywhere, all over the place, anyway, lol. Cheers! You know I love your posties.
Leaning into the transition! Btw, I asked and she said her name was Bianca. I also saw today that she had two (more?) babies. This is twice now the same nest has been used for bringing two more mourning doves into the world. Now I feel bad that I let her tummy. I had no idea she was sitting on her eggs and that’s why she wasn’t moving away. But she didn’t seem to mind. But she hasn’t touched her millet. :(
Bianca! How beautiful! Hmm maybe she doesn't like Millet or maybe she's too busy sitting on her eggs to eat. IDK. My bird knowledge is kindergarten level at best! XOXO
Yes, I think she is really engaged in her littles! But I just went by to see her and the millet is gone. So unless someone else got to it, Bianca likes her little gift. I’ll add more tomorrow. :)
I had to bring the feeders in for a few days because the blackbirds took over and bullied all the lil ones away. :( Meanwhile, Clara and her Kapha crew just meander around, nibbling and minding their own biz. Can't everyone just get along???
This suddenly made me wonder if you've ever read about the Native American Medicine Wheel... I bet you'd be well-absorbed, and not by the Borg... ;0)
Anyway, lovely! xo xo
(I do love how the very oldest of known "systems" all seem to sort of work together in some way, if not outright complimentarily!)

Thank you, Barbara. So much good information. I'm gonna take that dosha quiz and learn more.
Appreciate your sharing this knowledge.
And I hope you're enjoying the cooler day in the NE. I know I am! XO
Have fun going down the Ayurveda rabbit hole, Kathleen! And yes, loving the cooler weather! XOXO

Where is that olive branch?!? 🕊️
Seriously! Meanwhile, I just saw Clara scrounging around on. my driveway... I quietly walked out there with some millet but she flew away! 😭
