It’s an Ayurveda day, and I decided that it’s okay to recycle my post from last year about Pitta Dosha/Season. It seemed silly to rewrite it. I’m feeling very Vata right now, with a scrambled focus, so it’s the best solution.
It’s actually pretty cool here today. The sun is in and out after a few days of rain. Pitta dosha is not just about the fire element but also about water, so the rainbow photo seemed appropriate.
Wherever you are in the world, I hope this information serves you well!
Much Love,
Barbara

Leaning into the transition! Btw, I asked and she said her name was Bianca. I also saw today that she had two (more?) babies. This is twice now the same nest has been used for bringing two more mourning doves into the world. Now I feel bad that I let her tummy. I had no idea she was sitting on her eggs and that’s why she wasn’t moving away. But she didn’t seem to mind. But she hasn’t touched her millet. :(
This suddenly made me wonder if you've ever read about the Native American Medicine Wheel... I bet you'd be well-absorbed, and not by the Borg... ;0)
Anyway, lovely! xo xo
(I do love how the very oldest of known "systems" all seem to sort of work together in some way, if not outright complimentarily!)
