This is so good! I have been trying to learn more about Ayurveda the last few years. Simply stopping drinking cold beverages has done so much for my stomach and digestive issues. I really appreciated the way you presented this and tied it up so neatly. I learned a lot!
I'm so glad you found it helpful, Amanda! I really do try to simplify and keep it relatable. It can get complicated. Yes, the stopping cold beverages (especially at meal time!) was huge for me, too. Tell that to American restaurants everywhere. 🙄 xo
Though I’ve studied Doshas in the past, I’ve never connected with my Pitta nature quite so thoroughly. I feel like I’ve ‘grown into’ my Dosha with age. What a perfect description of everything I’m experiencing, thank you.

Yes! Those two tips would shift so many things. Sadly, most of my Pitta clients would just roll their eyes at me. 🙄 But, it was always my highly Pitta friends who I would call on in desperation to help me get organized. And if they had a lot of Virgo in their chart, they were solid gold Pitta! Glad you enjoyed reading it! xo
