Ohhhhhhh Barbara, please never stop your ramblings, I adore every word. So often I find myself slipping back into the āreal worldā, šµāš« where my anxiety and fear begin to rise rapidly. Thankfully Iām able to pull myself out of the chaos and get back into the woods where all is well and true. I often find it difficult living in both worlds. I wonder, do you find that too?
