Precious Barbara! It is a true delight to hear your song, to read your words of appreciation, and to view your spectacular photos of the piece of heaven you live within! Thank you for all you share!
Thank you for reading, Isaac! I'm sitting here writing and looking outside - it's a blizzard!. I can't even see across to the Nature Preserve. It's just another kind of beauty. A white one. Have a beautiful day!
Barbara, as soon as I read your title I knew which song you were referring to as we sang the “Lord” version in church when I was a teenager. I’d say this “Earth” version suits me much better these days also. I hope your water under the snow moment wasn’t accompanied by any injuries. Thank you for sharing the snapshot and video of your beautiful sanctuary.
Ah! I knew someone would recognize it, Heather! I almost poked my eye out on a tree branch as I lunged for the tree while watching water swirling up above the snow and around my boots. But I didn't poke it out and the water only went up to the top of my boots. Lesson learned - stick to the path when there's snow on the ground! Thanks for reading! xo
Hi Amy! Thank you for reading, sweetie! I'm sitting here watching a blizzard outside. It's so beautiful (because I don't have to drive in it!) Much love to you. Barbara xoxo
You're in MI? Where? I think we had this conversation but I forgot. I grew up in Detroit, you know! OMG, I must have 12" on my picnic table already and it's still snowing hard! I'm gonna strap on my snowshoes and go for a walk in the woods! xo
Thank you, J.R. for always having such kind words for me. I want everyone to know that kind of peace in Nature if only for a few moments now and then. xo
💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Big hugs, Jamie! xoxo
Thanks for the beautiful pictures and singing. Loved it!!
Thanks, CJ! xoxo
Oh, thank you. Thank you, even just in writing, this is healing.
I am pretty broken up right now, and this was truly balm.
I envy you that wonderful little house and your wonderful Nemeton.
xo xo xo
Don't give up. I've been there. Life is hard but just keep holding the vision for the life you want. xoxo
I realized later, that house isn't really "little"!! So GOOD ON YA!!!
I'd be happy with half a garage that was all mine, LOL.
Thanks for the good words and good vibes. xo xo
so beautiful, thank you

I’m with you on driving in the snow 😆. I honestly expected a lot more snow here in Michigan but it’s been surprising mild 😊

Thank you, Izabela! I'm seriously teary-eyed right now. 😭 In the best of ways. :) And thank you for your support. It means a lot to me. 💗
