And those of us who dishonor that natural inborn cycle by “forcing “ the adrenals and thyroid to function on “normie “ schedule often end up with deeply entrenched autoimmune and dysfunctional immune systems. Honoring the body includes honoring what your born into. Thinking you can walk in your hands when your born with no legs may lead to shoulder injuries
