Very nice advice... for “normies “. Doesn’t take into account that tens of thousands of people are born with reversed circadian cycles. And those of us who dishonor that natural inborn cycle by “forcing “ the adrenals and thyroid to function on “normie “ schedule often end up with deeply entrenched autoimmune and dysfunctional immune systems. Honoring the body includes honoring what your born into. Thinking you can walk in your hands when your born with no legs may lead to shoulder injuries

I've never heard this before, although I know many night owls. This a perfect example of there being exceptions for everything - especially when it comes to systems of health. And how important it is to know our own body's needs. Thanks for sharing!
