The day before yesterday, my dear friend Christy sent me this video - knowing that I was writing (yet another) post about walking in the woods.
I told her I would save it until after I’d published the post. Today, I finally sat down to watch and started to tear up within the first minute.

I started watching the video, loving it more and more, until she gets to the point where she talks about her "facebook." My jaw dropped. I had followed a random impulse today to finish writing a substack essay I started years ago, about Facebook, and then you send me this. It's the perfect ending. Thank you!!
